Please join us for an opportunity to learn how Lifepoint Health utilizes clinical data for ACO and Population Health goals across the organization, specifically related to value-based care contracts and HEDIS. As the new CMS requirements quickly approach, not only will organizations need to be prepared for submission, but they must also keep interoperability and population health initiatives at the forefront of daily operations.

Starting in PY2021, Lifepoint became one of the first MSSP ACOs to successfully submit MIPS CQMs using the APP API. Their early participation in the program is particularly noteworthy due to the fact that all their ACO entities have multiple TINs and EHRs. In the past year (PY2022), Lifepoint upped the total number of participating ACOs to 8 and submitted a combination of eCQMs and CQMs to maximize their performance.
