Virtual Registration Info

Individuals unable to attend the conference in person can participate in the virtual conference. The virtual conference includes all of the breakout sessions and plenaries as well as the sponsored breakfasts. Virtual participants also receive six months of access to the recordings of the sessions so that you don’t miss out on any of the sessions! Please note, the virtual conference does not include any of the pre-conference workshops.

Registration Binding Agreement: Submitting a registration, whether online or onsite constitutes a binding contract between NAACOS and the registrant, and the terms and conditions below apply to all parties. In particular, these terms and conditions shall apply in the case of any credit/debit card dispute. The following credit cards are accepted for payment: American Express, VISA, or MasterCard. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Registration: Once a registration has been submitted and paid in full, the registrant has two business days to cancel and receive a refund for the full amount. Cancelations made during this two-day period will not be charged a $100 processing fee. After two business days, however, the cancelation policy below will apply. NAACOS reserves the right to cancel any registration at any time for any reason. By virtue of registration, your contact information may be shared with high level sponsors. Please note, all registrations must be paid in full prior to the start of the event, regardless of the due date on the invoice, in order for the participant to be allowed onsite.

Cancelation Policy: Registrants who cancel before February 23, 2027 will receive a refund for the conference registration fee less a $100 processing fee. After February 23, 2027, no refunds will be issued for cancelations although we will substitute another individual from your company or switch your in-person registration to the virtual format. NAACOS does not apply registration fees toward future NAACOS events.
