NAACOS will hold its first Southwest Regional Meeting from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm MST in Phoenix, Arizona on Thursday November 6, 2025. The meeting will take place at The Phoenix Plaza, 2901 N. Central Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85012. Attendees from Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Pacific Territories, or other close locations are encouraged to register for this one-day in-person event. Agenda topics are targeted toward your regional concerns, and this is the perfect forum for networking with other local value-based care leaders.

- Post-Acute Collaboration to Meet the Needs of Value Based Care Focused Organizations
Registration Rate
- Registration includes access to all sessions, a light breakfast and networking lunch
- NAACOS ACO Members, Non-members, and Value Based Care providers: $250
NAACOS Business Partners are not eligible to attend this event.
Each NAACOS ACO and value-based care provider member now receives one complimentary registration to one In-person regional meeting per calendar year, with additional unlimited additional registrations to be purchased at the prevailing rate.
