NAACOS Regional Meetings

Join NAACOS at our regional meeting one-day events which will occur for seven regions including: The Northeast, Midwest, Northwest, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, South Central, and Southwest.  Our yearly schedule will include one in-person and one virtual meeting for each of these regions. This series of meetings was created to better support ACOs and value-based care providers at the regional level. These events will be a forum for sharing best practices and networking with others across the care continuum in your geographic region. 

Agendas will cover several topics including:

• Contracting across payers (MA, commercial)
• Discussions around CMS and CMMI models at the local level
• Managing high-needs populations
• Aligning report requirements and measures across payers and local policy needs
• Clinical best practices
• Connecting the care continuum
