Pre-Conference Workshops
NAACOS pre-conference workshops are held concurrently on Wednesday, April 10 from 1:00 – 5:00 pm ET. These workshops require separate registration from the main meeting. There will be three concurrent workshops for the Spring 2024 Conference. Registration will open December 1.

Your Multipayer ACO Roadmap: Strategic and Operational Synergy and Success led by Katherine Schneider, former chair, NAACOS Board of Directors Speakers: Tori Bratcher, Trinity Health; Rick Goddard, Lumeris; Danielle Lloyd, AHIP; Rajiv Patel, Bluestone ACO; Margaret Senese, Atrius; Brandon Webb, OneNebraska Health
Using the four-stage LAN framework for Value-Based Care, ACO and industry experts will share their experiences building and operating successful multipayer portfolios (i.e. in addition to CMS/CMMI models). Topics to be covered include strategic payor relations, a statewide multipayer ACO experience (Massachusetts), where alignment matters and where it does not, physician and practice engagement, organizational structure and infrastructure, duals and Medicaid risk alongside other payor programs, and current/future private health plan alignment initiatives in quality and technology. Registrants will be asked to pre-submit a brief form outlining their current portfolio of ACO lives, using the LAN framework (one per organization).
