ACO Member Types and Annual Dues

CMS Medicare ACOs
- Single ACO Entities Contracting with CMS (see chart for pricing)
- Multi-owned/affiliated ACOs (see chart for pricing)
Non-Medicare ACOs
- Private payer/Medicaid-only ACO: $3,850
- Associate ACO: $3,850

ACO Member Annual Dues
NAACOS membership dues are calculated based on the total beneficiary count and the total number of ACOs (including all CMS ACOs), as shown in the membership chart.

Business Partners
For-profit companies who sell products and services to the ACO community. Business partner dues are $7,000 annually, and they receive the following benefits:

Alliance Partners
Non-profits with resources available to ACOs at no charge, such as universities, associations, foundations, government agencies, and think tanks. Alliance Partner dues are $2,500 annually and they receive the following benefits:
