NAACOS will hold it’s first Midwest Regional Meeting from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm ET in Indianapolis, Indiana on Friday, August 15, 2025. The meeting will take place at the Ruth Lilly Health Education Center, 2055 North Senate Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Attendees from Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Kentucky, West Virginia, Missouri, or other close locations are encouraged to register for this one-day in-person event. Agenda topics are targeted toward your regional concerns, and this is the perfect forum for networking with other local value-based care leaders.

Topics on this agenda include:

  • Medicaid and D-SNPS
  • Advocacy and the Impact of National Legislation on Local Regions
  • Post-Acute Collaboration to Meet the Needs of Value Based Care Focused Organizations
  • And Using AI to Improve Outcomes in VBC

Registration Rate
Registration includes access to all sessions, lunch, and an afternoon reception.
NAACOS ACO Members, Non-members, and Value Based Care providers: $250
NAACOS Business Partners are not eligible to attend this event.

Registration Terms and Conditions
Registration: Once a registration has been submitted and paid in full, the registrant has two business days to cancel and receive a refund for the full amount. Cancellations made during this two-day period will not be charged a $100 processing fee. After two business days, however, the following cancellation policy will apply. NAACOS reserves the right to cancel any registration at any time for any reason. 

Cancellation Policy: Registrants who cancel before July 15, 2024, will receive a refund for the regional meeting registration fee less a $100 processing fee. After July 15, 2024, no refunds will be issued for cancellations although we will substitute another individual from your company. You may send a substitute for no additional charge.  NAACOS does not apply registration fees toward future NAACOS events.  Contact [email protected] to process a substitution.
