Speaker Bios

Rebecca Adkins

Rebecca Adkins serves as senior vice president of enterprise population health at Jefferson Health in southeastern Pennsylvania. The Jefferson Enterprise includes Jefferson Health Plans, Thomas Jefferson University, and Jefferson Health. In this role, she leads value based transformation for over 750,000 lives across the health system.  Rebecca manages over $160 million in value based revenue across three MSSP ACOs and 50 value based contracts in all lines of business. Rebecca joined Jefferson Health from Ascension where she served as national vice president of population health operations for 14 markets and 1 million lives. At Ascension, Rebecca built a national structure and operations model to manage a portfolio of over 200 value based arrangements, employee benefit lives, and 8 Medicare ACOs. Rebecca has over 20 years’ experience in healthcare working in direct to employer arrangements, telehealth, quality, community health and value based care. Rebecca is a current National Association of ACOs board member serving on the executive committee and is an adjunct professor with Thomas Jefferson University School of Population Health. Rebecca received her bachelors and masters of health administration from Indiana University.

Drew Albano

Drew Albano is a board-certified physician and healthcare executive currently serving as vice president at Atlantic Health System and the president of Atlantic Accountable Care Organization (ACO). With a career spanning clinical practice, medical education, and systems leadership, Dr. Albano brings a unique lens to the future of value-based care, primary care transformation, and population health strategy. A firm believer in cross-sector partnerships, Dr. Albano has championed collaborations that unite providers, payers, and technology innovators to achieve better outcomes. He is also an advocate for the responsible application of artificial intelligence to elevate both clinical decision-making and provider well-being.

Michael Barbati

Michael Barbati serves as vice president of Government Programs for Advocate Health, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit integrated health systems. He provides executive leadership and fiduciary oversight for Advocate’s Medicare Shared Savings Program ACOs and ACO REACH entity, serving more than 300,000 Medicare beneficiaries, 13,400 participating physicians, and $3.4 billion in medical spend across Illinois, Wisconsin, North Carolina, and Georgia. His portfolio also spans bundled payment operations, including CJR and BPCI-Advanced, multi-market Dementia Care Model participation, and enterprise evaluation of emerging CMMI episode-based and specialty payment models such as TEAM and CJR-X. Michael partners with physician leaders across primary and specialty care to design incentive and compensation models, optimize post-acute networks, and align hospitals, specialists, and post-acute providers around shared accountability for cost, quality, and outcomes. He also leads enterprise strategy for federal payment policy engagement and serves on the NAACOS Education Committee. Michael holds an MHA from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Josh Berlin

Josh Berlin, JD brings more than 25 years of experience serving clients and leading teams, most of which in healthcare advisory, bringing that expertise to rule of three, LLC as its CEO. He has been privileged to hold previous leadership roles at KPMG, IBM Watson Health, Dixon Hughes Goodman (now Forvis Mazars), and Citrin Cooperman. Both his current role and those past have presented opportunities to bring unconventional thinking to his clients, while supporting dynamic teams, across the full healthcare ecosystem (Providers, Plans, Employers, Governments, Advocacy, etc.). He has been published numerous times over the years, as well as quoted widely, on a variety of healthcare trends and industry-relevant issues impacting how care is delivered, coordinated and administered. Currently, he serves on the Boards of ICD Media, Validation Institute, the Population Health Management Journal, and HealthTrackRx.

William Bleser

William Bleser, PhD, MSPH serves as innovation and strategy lead for Whole-Person Health for the US Administration for Community Living. He leads inter-agency collaboration and the development of strategy to scale innovative whole-person health and evidence-based prevention programs and infrastructure, including community care hubs, for older adults and people with disabilities. Will holds a doctor of philosophy jointly in health policy and administration and in demography from the Pennsylvania State University, a master of science in public health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a bachelor of science from the College of William & Mary.

Tori Bratcher

Tori Bratcher serves as vice president of population health operations for Trinity Health. In this role, Tori has accountability for Trinity Health’s national alternative payment models encompassing $11B of medical expense for 2M lives in Medicare ACOs, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and Commercial Alternative Payment Models. She also serves as the president for Trinity Integrated Care, one of the nation’s largest Medicare Shared Savings Program ACOs. She serves as the primary leader responsible for designing and delivering the critical services and operational activities required for performance in APMs. Trinity Health has been a top performer on quality and affordability in its MSSP and Next Generation ACOs. Tori joined Trinity Health from Indiana University Health, the largest academic health system in the state of Indiana, where she last served as executive director of population health services. In this role, she managed a portfolio of risk contracts while building and operating the capabilities required to achieve strong financial and clinical outcomes within population health for over 7 years. Tori received her BS from Indiana Wesleyan University and MHA from University of Illinois Chicago.

Travis Broome

Travis Broome is the senior vice-president of policy and economics at Aledade, Inc. He guides Aledade and partner physicians through the policy, strategy and economics of value based health care. Joining Aledade shortly after its start, he worked on nearly every aspect from business development for both practices and payers, to early analytics, to serving as an ACO executive director for Aledade Louisiana ACO. Prior to Aledade, he spent seven years at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in roles ranging from regulation writing to quality improvement to management. Mr. Broome earned his masters of public health and business administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Andrea Charmley

Andrea Charmley, LMSW, MPH, is the executive director of the West Michigan Accountable Care Organization. With over 20 years in healthcare, she specializes in value-based care, accountable care organizations, and safety net services. Her experience includes providing direct outpatient care overseas, supporting and expanding safety net clinics, improving care management and post-acute services, and leading a regional accountable care organization to enhance care quality and reduce costs for Medicare beneficiaries.

Lisa Dombro

Lisa Dombro is a distinguished leader in value-based care, with nearly 30 years of extensive experience across the healthcare landscape. Currently, she serves as president and chief operating officer at ilumed, where she spearheads initiatives to enhance the quality and cost-effectiveness of care for Medicare patients. Under her operational leadership, ilumed partners with physician organizations, solo practitioners, and health systems to serve over 50,000 patients in both ACO REACH and MSSP, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to excellence in value-based outcomes. Most recently ilumed has also successfully enrolled in the ACCESS program, ACO LEAD, and submitted an application for a MAHA Elevate grant.

Philip Eaves

Philip Eaves, MBA, serves as president and CEO of the Ascension Seton Health Alliance and Dell Children’s Health Alliance, while also leading Population Health for Ascension Texas as vice president. In these roles, he oversees value-based care strategies and alternative payment models that improve quality, reduce healthcare costs, and enhance patient outcomes across Central Texas. Philip leads one of the nation’s largest clinically integrated networks, supporting more than 4,200 providers who care for over 250,000 patients through value-based care programs. Under his leadership, the organization has consistently ranked among the top-performing accountable care organizations in the country, achieving top 5–15% cost savings and top-tier quality results over the past decade. Throughout his career, Philip has been a driving force in healthcare transformation, advancing innovative care models, direct-to-employer partnerships, and population health initiatives. He is a passionate advocate for strengthening primary care and believes that trusted patient provider relationships are the foundation for a more effective, accessible, and sustainable healthcare system. Philip earned his bachelor of business administration from Lamar University and his master of business administration from the University of Houston–Downtown.

Wilson Gabbard

Wilson Gabbard is the vice president of Quality and Condition Management for Advocate Health, the 3rd largest not-for-profit, integrated health system in the United States and a national leader in population health. Mr. Gabbard joined Advocate in 2020 where he is responsible for CIN and medical group quality across over 2.3M value based lives and risk adjustment strategy for over $5 billion in system risk-based revenue. This includes responsibility for operationalizing programs for a portfolio of joint-ventures, fully delegated capitation, upside/downside risk, shared savings, and pay for performance contracts.  Previously, Wilson spent seven years leading population health operations for UNC Health Care where he was responsible for strategy and operations during their transition from fee-for-service to value-based reimbursement. The UNC population health services team grew from two to over 200 team members during his seven-year tenure. Prior to joining UNC, he led regional operations for primary and specialty care practices and regional emergency and hospitalist service lines for Vidant Medical Group. Mr. Gabbard received his bachelor and master of business administration degrees from Morehead State University.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and serves on the National Association of Accountable Care Organizations (NAACOs) Quality Committee.

Jeff Gleason

Jeff Gleason, MD, MBA, is an accomplished physician executive with more than 30 years of experience leading healthcare transformation across physician enterprises, health systems, clinically integrated networks, and advisory organizations. He brings deep expertise in value-based care strategy, physician engagement, quality improvement, and organizational leadership, with a proven ability to translate complex policy and payment models into scalable clinical solutions. As chief medical officer at Navvis, Dr. Gleason provides enterprise-wide physician leadership, setting standards for quality measurement and performance while driving strategies that empower physicians and health systems to succeed in value-based care. He partners with market leaders to improve physician enterprise governance, optimize compensation models, and align clinical operations with organizational goals. His role spans advising client executives, supporting market physician executives, and advancing the clinical priorities that help health systems, physician groups, and payers achieve high performance under government and commercial risk-based arrangements. Dr. Gleason earned his doctor of medicine from the University of Kansas School of Medicine, completed his residency and chief residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and holds an MBA with a concentration in healthcare from Auburn University.

Mark Gwynne

Mark Gwynne is the president of UNC Health Alliance and UNC Senior Alliance. UNC Health Alliance is UNC Health Care’s statewide, physician-led clinically integrated network, and is the primary vehicle created to transform health care delivery and alternative payment models on behalf of more than 5,000 providers, including community-based providers along with those employed by UNC Health Care’s affiliate entities. UNC Senior Alliance is UNC Health Care’s physician-led Medicare accountable care organization (ACO). Dr. Gwynne is also an associate professor of family medicine at the UNC School of Medicine. He is interested in new models of healthcare delivery in the primary care setting, transitions of care between health care settings, quality improvement and innovative models of care within the Patient Centered Medical Home.

Jordan Hall

Jordan Hall has over 19 years of expertise in population health management, accountable care delivery models, and accountable care organizations (ACOs) — not to mention a diverse background in both commercial and government alternative payment frameworks. He offers leadership and direction to health care organizations and other value-driven health care entities, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards are met. Jordan’s held executive roles in population health management, and has been involved in ambulatory care coordination and redesign innovation projects at UCLA Health, Apollo Medical Holdings, Aegis Medical Group, Aledade, and numerous other value-based organizations as a principal consultant. He earned a bachelor of science in nursing from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences/Johns Hopkins University, and his MSN and DNP from California State University, Los Angeles. David Klebonis

David Klebonis is a consummate healthcare executive, budding entrepreneur, and advocate for physician-led care. As chief operating officer of Palm Beach ACO, he is part of the original executive team that helped physicians achieve the highest cumulative savings in ACO history. Throughout his career, David has been dedicated to supporting independent physicians, blending strategic leadership with hands-on operational experience. Prior to his role at PBACO, he founded two modest healthcare-focused ventures: Medical Insight Partners, a consulting firm and EHR reseller, and CreativeMD, a creative design and marketing agency. He also managed operations and information systems at the Center for Bone & Joint Surgery and began his career in electronic health record implementation, supporting hundreds of physicians across more than 35 states. He holds both a bachelor of science and a master of science in business administration, with a specialization in information technology, from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business.

Aaron Kusano

Aaron Kusano, MD, SM, is a radiation oncologist, practicing in the Alaskan community he was born and raised in. He holds a master of science in epidemiology from the Harvard School of Public Health and completed his medical school and residency training at the University of Washington School of Medicine. He is active in Alaska nonprofit leadership as well as payment reform advocacy for the American Society for Radiation Oncology.

Pauline Lapin

Pauline Lapin, MHS, is the former director of the Seamless Care Models Group within the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). In this capacity, she provided executive leadership for the design, implementation, and oversight of complex, nationwide payment and delivery system reforms. Her portfolio included innovative payment and delivery models focused on primary care, accountable care organizations, kidney disease, Medicare Advantage, and prescription drugs – advancing CMS’s shift toward value-based, patient-centered care. Pauline retired from federal service in April 2025 after more than 32 years of distinguished public service. Her work contributed not only to the expansion of value-based care but also to shaping policies to increase the use of preventive services among Medicare beneficiaries. Pauline holds a master of health science degree from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Jennifer Moore

Jennifer Moore is the president of the MaineHealth Accountable Care Organization (MHACO), whose membership includes 10 acute care hospitals and over 1,700 private practice and employed physicians. Jen oversees all activities associated with the Medicare Shared Savings Program and numerous commercial and Medicare Advantage value based contracts, representing over 260,000 Medicare and commercial lives. Jen has significant expertise in value based contracting, ambulatory quality measurement and performance, data analytics, and network management activities. Prior to her current role, she was the Chief Operating Officer for MHACO. Jen has her masters in business administration and over 25 years of experience in accountable care, physician-hospital organizations and health plans.

Stephen Nuckolls

Stephen Nuckolls is the chief executive officer of Coastal Carolina Health Care, PA, and its ACO, Coastal Carolina Quality Care, Inc. His responsibilities include the direct management of the 60 provider multi-specialty physician-owned medical practice and its ACO. They currently participate in the MSSP’s Enhanced Track and have value-based contracts with Medicare advantage as well as commercial plans. The group has a large primary care base and their operations include an ambulatory surgery center (GI endoscopy), sleep lab, urgent care, and imaging center and 13 other practice locations. Mr. Nuckolls facilitated the formation of the group in 1997 and has served in his current role since that time. Prior to the formation of this organization, Mr. Nuckolls helped guide physicians and integrated hospital organizations in the formation of larger systems. Mr. Nuckolls earned his BA in economics from Davidson College and his MAC from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is a founding member of the National Association of ACOs and served in a number of roles on the executive committee including board chair from 2016-2017. In addition to these responsibilities, he serves on the board of Community Care of NC as well as several advisory boards and committees for the North Carolina Medical Society and is a frequent speaker on ACOs and related topics.

Andrea Osborne

Andrea Osborne is a nationally recognized leader in value-based care with over two decades of experience managing at-risk Medicare programs and post-acute provider networks. As chief operating officer of On Belay Health Solutions, she leads operations for a growing value-based care organization spanning 17 states, partnering with practices ranging from independent providers to large health systems to implement clinical and operational initiatives that lower costs and improve quality of care. Prior to joining On Belay, Andrea spent nearly eight years as senior vice president of ACO Operations and Delegated Services at VillageMD, where she drove performance for government Medicare programs across 15 markets, including six REACH ACOs serving 75,000 members that achieved shared savings with an average net savings rate over 9%. Her leadership produced a $40 million turnaround from loss to shared savings for one health system’s ACO, and she built one of the nation’s first risk-based reimbursement networks for post-acute providers in Indiana, while also holding P&L responsibility across four markets. Andrea currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Accountable Care Organizations (NAACOS) and co-chairs the ACO REACH Committee for America’s Physician Group (APG). She is a contributor to national publications on value-based payment models and long-term care, and a frequent speaker on CMMI programs, post-acute network strategy, and delegation within physician organizations.

Ashish Parikh

Ashish D. Parikh, MD, is the chief population health officer at Village MD-Summit Health. Ashish is responsible for developing strategies for delivery of the highest quality of care with a focus on value through reduction in practice variation, evidence-based clinical care delivery, population health management, as well as provider and patient engagement across all VillageMD and Summit Health practices. Prior to joining Summit Health, Ashish was the senior health and quality advisor at IBM and the internal medicine residency program director at Saint Barnabas Medical Center.

Aisha Pittman

Aisha Pittman, MPH, is the senior vice president of government affairs at the National Association of ACOs. In this role, Ms. Pittman leads NAACOS’ advocacy and thought leadership, promoting policies that will accelerate the adoption of value and highlighting the importance of provider-led transformation through value-based. She has over 20 years of experience in health care with a focus on payment, alternative payment models, and quality. Ms. Pittman was previously vice president of policy with Premier, Inc., a group purchasing organization representing health systems. She was responsible for working with policymakers, providers, and other health care stakeholders to reduce costs and improve the quality of health care. Prior to Premier, Pittman held senior management roles with the National Quality Forum, the Maryland Health Care Commission and CenterLight Healthcare, in addition to experience at the NCQA She holds a bachelor of science in biology, a bachelor of arts in psychology, and a master of public health from The George Washington University. Ms. Pittman received GWU’s School of Public Health and Health Services Excellence in Health Policy Award.

Gene Quinn

Gene Quinn is a practicing cardiologist and the chief executive officer of Envoy Integrated Health – a clinically integrated network of independent Alaskan physicians and the first locally-based ACO in Alaska. Dr. Quinn received his medical degree from the University of Washington, completed internal medicine residency at the University of California, San Francisco, then completed fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease, Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging, and Patient Safety and Quality at Harvard Medical School and the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.  He holds a master of public health degree from the Harvard School of Public Health with a concentration in Public Health Leadership. Dr. Quinn also currently serves as a board member for healtheConnect, Alaska’s statewide health information exchange, and on the Board of Governors for MIEC, a multi-state professional liability and malpractice insurance company that serves the majority of Alaska’s physicians. His work has focused on building the infrastructure to support coordinated, high quality, value-based care in Alaska.

Jenny Reed

Jenny Reed, the senior executive officer at Southwestern Health Resources (SWHR), oversees payor and direct-to-employer strategy and collaborates with clinical leaders to ensure a robust clinically integrated network from primary and preventive care to highly specialized services. At SWHR, Ms. Reed is the primary executive responsible for relationships between SWHR and managed care organizations, brokers and employers. She also facilitates the creation of payor and value-based payment strategies.  Through her leadership, she positions SWHR’s clinically integrated network for success in a dynamic reimbursement environment. Before joining SWHR, Ms. Reed served as the senior vice president of value-based care for Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) and the executive administrator for the Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance (BSWQA). Under her tenure, BSWQA generated more than $410 million in savings and was consistently among the top savers in the nation while accomplishing greater than 100% growth in direct-with-employer contracts in just two years. Reed earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and holds a master of social work from Louisiana State University.

William Robinson

William Robinson currently serves as senior vice president of Accountable Care at HarmonyCares, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this, William was the head of policy and strategy at Big Health from December 2021 to November 2023. His extensive experience at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services spanned nearly seven years, during which multiple leadership roles were held, including acting deputy director of the Division of Outpatient Care and the Division of Acute Care. In these roles, William focused on improving healthcare for over 150 million Americans and led the design and implementation of innovative value-based payment models. Prior experiences include serving as assistant director of State Affairs at the National Committee for Quality Assurance and various roles in public policy at The Leapfrog Group and the Alliance for Health Reform. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in English from Lehigh University in 2009.

Michael Ruiz

Michael Ruiz de Somocurcio is the Northeast president for Vytalize Health. In his role, he has P&L responsibility for market performance including value based care programs, MSO services and leads their IPA division that includes over 4,000 clinicians. Previously, he worked at Aetna, where he served as the chief network and operations officer for NY and NJ. The market was Aetna’s largest with over $20b in annual spend and over 3 million members, Overall, he has a 25+ year career in healthcare working on both the health plan and provider side in developing innovative and collaborative solutions to improve the overall healthcare delivery system. A lifelong learner – he received an undergraduate degree from The College of New Jersey, an MBA at Rutgers and is currently a PhD candidate at Seton Hall University.

Tamra Ruymann

Tamra Ruymann currently serves as the chief of digital health for PSW (Physicians of SW Washington). Tamra brings 30 years of experience in the payer setting with comprehensive experience in claims management, medical risk adjustment, quality data reporting and project management. In her 16 years at PSW she has overseen data management, analytics and business intelligence and clinical interfacing as well as led the development of PSW’s customized population health platform. Early in her career, Tamra worked at the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries where she was responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive imaging system that supported multiple business units with both internal and external facing applications. Her tenure at PSW has included overseeing the Claims team, the Information Technology department, which included data management and analytics and the Quality and Risk Adjustment team. Tamra holds a master of business administration in healthcare management and a bachelor of science in health informatics. Tamra also serves as the treasurer of Valley View Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Washington State.

Jacob Shiff

Jacob Shiff, chief AI and technology officer, CMS Innovation Center, focuses on payment policy to enable the effective adoption of AI and technology across the healthcare system, including initiatives such as the CMS ACCESS model. Prior to joining CMS, Jacob co-founded and led Anomaly, a venture-backed startup streamlining the health insurance billing and payment process, and worked at Redesign Health, Flatiron Health and Google. Jacob has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and MBA from Stanford University.

Leslie Southworth

Leslie Southworth is currently the director of Montana Health Plus. She graduated from Montana State University in 1997 with a bachelor of science in community health. Leslie started her career within a not-for-profit Medicaid Managed Care organization in Southern California. After returning to Montana, she served as the CEO at the Central Montana Community Health Center in Lewistown, MT and then the Community Health Care Center in Great Falls, MT. In 2017, she joined the Montana Primary Care Association on the Health Center Controlled Network Team. She served as the HCCN project director in 2018 followed by the director of Montana Health Plus in 2023. She graduated with a masters in healthcare administration from The George Washington University in June of 2024.

Eric Stader

Eric Stader practiced medicine for four years before opening High Point Family Medicine, LLC in partnership with Dr. Slane in November 2007. He went to medical school at the University of Oklahoma and completed his residency in Family Medicine through the University of Iowa in Mason City, IA. Dr. Stader’s practice of rural family medicine includes teaching, travel medicine, endoscopy, cesarean sections, nursing home care, and office procedures. Dr. Stader serves as an adjunct faculty member for both medical schools in the state of Wisconsin as well as several Family Medicine residencies and Physician’s Assistant programs in the region. He is passionate about mentoring and training the next generation of physicians. He also volunteers as the medical director for the Fennimore EMS and is the medical director at Orchard Manor. He has served as the treasurer, president, and board chair of the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians; he is currently the alternate delegate from Wisconsin to the American Academy of Family Physicians. Currently, Dr. Stader sits on the Rural Health Transformation Program Advisory Council in Wisconsin. This statewide council provides strategic guidance and input to the Wisconsin Department of Health Services as part of the state’s implementation of the program.

Chris Stanley has 30+ years of experience as a clinician and healthcare leader across physician group, health system and health plan organizations, with a passion for improving cost of care, quality of care and experience of care equitably across our communities. He joined Henry Ford Health in 2023 to create Populance, a wholly owned, independent population health services subsidiary of Henry Ford, where he serves as president. Populance provides industry-leading Care Management and Population Health Analytics and Insights services, delivering a coordinated and consistent experience for patients, members, and physicians. Prior to joining Henry Ford Health, he was the first system chief population health officer at Sutter Health in Northern California. Dr. Stanley received his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia with internship and residency in Pediatrics at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu. He is a US Army veteran with terminal rank as Major.

Thomas Tsai

Thomas Tsai, MD, MPH is medical director for health policy research for the American College of Surgeons. He is an associate professor of surgery at Harvard Medical School and associate professor in health policy and management at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He is a practicing gastrointestinal surgeon at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. As co-director of the Healthcare Quality and Outcomes Lab at HSPH, he leads a multidisciplinary research portfolio on healthcare quality and equity; health policy evaluation; and health systems resilience. Dr. Tsai’s research bridges healthcare delivery and public health to inform the design and implementation of innovative care delivery models.

Sacha Wolf

Sacha Wolf serves as a technical advisor at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation. Her expertise is focused on episode-based payment models, including the Bundled Payments for Care Improvement Advanced Model, the Transforming Episode Accountability Model, and the recently finalized Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement Expanded Model. In this role, Sacha guides the development of pricing strategies for episodes of care and designs incentives that strive to lower health care costs while enhancing the quality of care for beneficiaries.

Jake Woods

Jake Woods, MHA, serves as executive director, ACO at Physicians of Southwest Washington (PSW), where he leads the strategic direction, governance, and growth of the organization’s accountable care portfolio. He also oversees marketing and communications, business development, and policy advocacy initiatives that advance PSW’s mission of transforming healthcare delivery for patients and providers. Over the past several years, Jake has helped lead the growth of PSW’s accountable care portfolio, expanding value-based care initiatives across the Pacific Northwest. He focuses on developing partnerships and payment models that improve outcomes, reduce costs, and support the long-term success of independent physicians. Jake holds a master of healthcare administration from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Washington. Combining expertise in healthcare strategy, policy, and stakeholder engagement, he is passionate about advancing innovative solutions that create lasting value for patients, providers, and communities.
