Once again (hopefully for the last time) and out of an abundance of caution, recognizing the threat of new variants of COVID-19, we are requiring vaccination to attend the Spring 2022 Conference in-person. If you are not fully vaccinated or prefer not to be vaccinated, we understand and are again offering the conference as a fully virtual event. We are not requiring proof of booster shots.
In-person Early (before and on Mar 11) | In-person Standard (after Mar 11) | In-Person Group Rate | Pre-conference Workshop Early (on or before Mar 11) | Pre-conference Workshop Standard (after Mar 11) | |
NAACOS Member ACOs & DCEs | $995 | $1295 | 5 for $4,000 | $395 | $495 |
NAACOS Non-Member ACOs & DCE* | $1595 | $1895 | NA | $495 | $595 |
NAACOS Partners (Business or Alliance) | $1295 | $1595 | NA | $395 | $495 |
Group Rate: This rate is only open to ACO members (non-member ACOs can register individuals to attend) and only applies to the main meeting. Pre-conference workshops are not included. To register a group of up to 5 individuals, you will need to submit the names, titles and email address of the attendees to Emily Perron. You will then be sent an invoice for the number of groups that you are registering. Once the invoice(s) is PAID IN FULL, the individuals will be entered into the registration system and they will receive a confirmation email. Please note, no one will be registered before the invoice is paid in full. There is no limit to the number of groups that an ACO member can register. For example – if you have 20 people you would like to register, you may purchase 4 group rates.
Business Partners may only register two people to attend the conference in person. Additional individuals may be registered for the live-stream/virtual event. BPs that sponsor the conference receive complimentary registrations that allow them to exceed the two-person limit.
If you have any questions regarding registration, please contact Emily Perron (202-640-2674) or Anna LaFayette.
Registration Rate Types:
Registration Binding Agreement: Submitting a registration, whether online, by mail or onsite, constitutes a binding contract between NAACOS and the registrant, and the terms and conditions below apply to all parties. In particular, these terms and conditions shall apply in the case of any credit/debit card dispute. The following credit cards are accepted for payment: American Express, VISA, or MasterCard.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Registration: Once a registration has been submitted and paid in full, the registrant has two business days to cancel and receive a refund for the full amount. Cancellations made during this two-day period will not be charged a $100 processing fee. After two business days, however, the following cancelation policy will apply. NAACOS reserves the right to cancel any registration at any time for any reason.
Cancelation Policy: Registrants who cancel before March 4 will receive a refund for the conference registration fee less a $100 processing fee. After March 4, no refunds will be issued for cancelations although we will substitute another individual from your company or switch your in-person registration to the virtual format. If you are required to switch to virtual, or if the full conference goes virtual, we will refund the difference between in-person registration types. NAACOS does not apply registration fees toward future NAACOS events. Contact [email protected] to process a substitution.
Vaccination: Once again (hopefully for the last time) and out of an abundance of caution, recognizing the threat of new variants of COVID-19, we are requiring vaccination to attend the Spring 2022 Conference in-person. You can submit a photo or pdf of your vaccination card with your registration or you can bring on site to show when you pick up your badge. If you are not fully vaccinated or prefer not to be vaccinated, we understand and are again offering the conference as a fully virtual event. We are not requiring proof of booster shots. The only exceptions will be for medical or religious reasons. If you have recently had COVID and are not vaccinated, you must show a positive antibodies test and a negative COVID test taken within 2-3 days of the conference when you come onsite.
Media: This event is open to invited members of the media. All speaker comments should be attributed to them and not to their overall organization. For more information or to request media registration, please contact David Pittman.
