Pranam Ben
Pranam Ben, Founder and CEO of The Garage, has established and owned multiple successful technology ventures over the course of his more than 18-year career.  Ben founded Orlando-based The Garage in 2012, adopting a name that pays tribute to the world’s most innovative companies that started in a garage, like Google, Amazon and Apple.  An emerging thought-leader and media source in the healthcare information technology space, Ben has been featured in CBS Money Watch, Marketwatch, business.com, Florida Trend, Orlando Business Journal and the Orlando Sentinel, among other media outlets. One of the products designed by Ben earned a Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission William C. Schwartz Industry Innovation Award. Under Ben’s leadership, The Garage received recognition as one of Orlando Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” in 2014 for offering an outstanding work environment with great perks. Ben was also honored in the inaugural Orlando Business Journal CEO of the year class, for his leadership, ability to navigate market conditions and lasting impact in the community. 

Ralph C. Derrickson
Since joining Carena as President and CEO in 2006, Ralph has overseen the company’s transformation from a house call company to a virtual healthcare solutions provider with care-quality as the core of its vision. Ralph’s leadership includes investment in clinical quality and partnerships with leading health systems and Fortune 50 companies to offer high-quality virtual care access to over 18 million consumers. Prior to Carena, Ralph served as Managing Director of Venture Investments at Vulcan Capital, where he was responsible for the firm’s technology and biotechnology investments. He co-founded Watershed Capital, an early stage technology venture fund. Ralph has served on the boards of numerous technology start-ups and has held leadership positions at Starwave Corporation, NeXT Computer, Inc., and Sun Microsystems. Ralph is also an active member of the Seattle entrepreneur community. Ralph earned a degree in systems software science from the Rochester Institute of Technology. 

Craigan Gray
As Chief Medical Officer at Salient Healthcare, Dr. Gray brings a rich experience from private practice, hospital leadership, and governmental health-benefit programs. Prior to joining Salient, Dr. Gray was director of North Carolina’s $12 billion Medicaid program. His time as VPMA at Bon Secours Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Kentucky was distinguished by moving the facility into the top-quality performance tier for Health Grades and CMS health quality indicators. Dr. Gray is a Stanford University trained Obstetrician/Gynecologist. He also holds an MD degree, an MBA degree and a JD degree. He is a Certified Physician Executive and is published in various medical journals. 

Amy Kotch
Amy Kotch is the Operations Coordinator at Triple Aim Development Group, LLC, where she has gained experience consulting and completing data analysis for Accountable Care Organizations, technology firms, and pharmaceutical companies. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami and continued on to get her Masters in Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University. In graduate school she was the recipient of the Provost Fellowship and was selected to enter into the Richard J. Stull Essay Competition. In addition, she competed on the ACHE Case Competition team in South Florida placing third overall. Prior to her professional work experience, she interned in an insurance office, multiple hospitals, a physician office, and two Universities. She is excited to broaden her experience in the healthcare arena and to assist in the triple aim. 

Hymin Zucker
As a practicing internal medicine physician for more than twenty years, Dr. Zucker is one of the nation's leading authorities and innovators on physician protocols, providing quality experiences to patient care while reducing unnecessary costs. Dr. Zucker is Chief Medical Officer of Total Quality Management.
