NAACOS Boot Camp for ACOs

Choosing the Right Medicare Track for Your ACO’s Success:
A Deep Dive into Assignment and Risk-Taking

Sponsored by:

June 14–15, 2018
Nashville Airport Marriott
Nashville, Tenn.

How do you interpret CMS quarterly reports?

Why do preliminary numbers vary so much from final?

What can I do to stabilize my assignment?

Assignment is part of the foundation upon which ACOs are built, identifying the patients that define the boundary of an ACO’s accountability and influencing the options for an ACO’s success. NAACOS’ next boot camp will thoroughly review the details of retrospective and prospective assignment, which will give ACOs essential insight into taking on more risk. This two-day workshop will go step-by-step through the strategic process of deciding the amount of risk-taking for your ACO and therefore the most appropriate track. Should you choose to take on more risk, the boot camp will prepare you by demonstrating how to use data and tools to successfully manage patients under tracks with greater risk. Designed primarily for MSSP ACOs who want to understand whether to transition to a track with more risk and how to succeed once they do, the boot camp answers these questions:

  • What is the difference between prospective and retrospective assignment?
  • Which Medicare track should my ACO choose?
  • How does my ACO succeed in a track with greater risk?

Boot camp features a small classroom format with a mix of didactic presentations and hands-on lab exercises.  Space is limited to 100 participants so register today!

Pricing

  • $999 per person for NAACOS member-ACOs
