Hotel Reservations
All reservations must be made by May 16 to qualify for the discounted room rate of $179.00 single occupancy per night plus 9.5 percent state and 6% occupancy tax (based upon availability). Reservations made after this date are accepted on a space and rate available basis only.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancelation Policy: Registrants who cancel before April 29 will receive a refund for the conference registration fee less a $100 processing fee. After April 29, no refunds will be issued for cancelations although we will substitute another individual from your company. NAACOS does not apply registration fees toward future NAACOS events.  Contact [email protected] to process a substitution. 

Vaccination: Out of an abundance of caution, we are requiring vaccination to attend the Summer 2022 Boot Camp. You can submit a photo or pdf of your vaccination card with your registration or you can bring on site to show when you pick up your badge.  The only exceptions will be for medical or religious reasons.  If you have recently had COVID and are not vaccinated, you must show a positive antibodies test and a negative COVID test taken within 2-3 days of the boot camp when you come onsite.
