The Next Generation ACO Model is operated through the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) and launched in 2016 with additional applications rounds in 2017 and 2018. This ACO model is designed for advanced two-sided ACOs and has a number of differences from the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP). This webinar is for ACOs that began participating in the Next Generation ACO Model in 2016 along with newer Next Generation ACOs and those considering the program for 2018. We will hear directly from CMMI staff responsible for overseeing this important program, and they will share program highlights, updates and advice for ACOs as well as answer audience questions. We will also solicit audience feedback on what Next Generation ACOs have learned during their participation in the program.
