To register for the conference you must be logged-in as the person you are registering. Only key contacts can register more than one person under the same log-in. To receive the correct rate, your profile must be linked to the organization if it is a member. If you are confused or don't know your log-in information or you simply have questions, please contact Emily Prater or Anna LaFayette or call (202) 640-2674.
The only individuals who can register as a prospect are non-member ACO employees. Vendors who are not business partners are not permitted to attend the conferences.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Registration: Once a registration has been submitted and paid in full, the registrant has two business days to cancel and receive a refund for the full amount. Cancellations made during this two-day period will not be charged a $100 processing fee. After two business days, however, the following cancellation policy will apply. Vendors (and any other non-ACOs) must be NAACOS Partners and may not register as ACOs. If a vendor registers as an ACO non-member, then the vendor will have the option of joining NAACOS as a Business Partner or receiving a full refund, regardless of when the registration was submitted. NAACOS reserves the right to cancel any registration at any time.
Cancellation Policy: Registrants who cancel before February 1, 2017 will receive a refund for the conference registration fee less a $100 processing fee. After February 1, no refunds will be issued for cancellation. NAACOS will not apply the credit toward registration fees for future NAACOS events. Substitutions may be made at any time and NAACOS does not charge a fee for substitutions. Contact NAACOS at email@example.com to process a substitution.
If the conference is cancelled, NAACOS will issue refunds for registration only. NAACOS shall have no liability regarding travel or other costs that might be incurred. Refunds for extenuating circumstances will not be processed more than 30 days after the conference.
Photo Release: From time to time NAACOS uses photographs of conference participants in its promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at the Fall 2016 NAACOS conference, we reserve the right to use your likeness in such materials.
Media: This event is open to invited members of the media. All speaker comments should be attributed to them and not to their overall organization.
